Brushy Mountain doesn’t mess around when it comes to safety:
- Helmets are required for all riders.
- Maximum UTV width: 64 inches
- Aggressive ATV tires restricted (max tread depth ¾ inch)
- Alcohol is prohibited on trails.
- Stay on designated trails—no blazing or night riding.
- Minors must have signed waivers and follow park guidelines.
