Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. This includes time for order verification, production setup, and fulfillment coordination. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Note: As a Printify-powered print-on-demand store, each item is made to order. Production times may vary slightly depending on the print provider and product type.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product's fulfillment origin. Rates are synced directly from Printify's flat-rate system to ensure accuracy.

International Shipping & Customs
We ship globally. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Lost or Returned Packages
If your order is lost in transit or returned to sender, please get in touch with us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with Printify and the carrier to resolve the issue.
Shipping Profiles & Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping on select items or bundles. When applicable, shipping costs are included in the product price. These offers will be clearly marked on the product page.
Printify Fulfillment Notes
- Each product may ship from a different location depending on the print provider.
- Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
- Printify fulfillment times vary slightly by product and provider, typically ranging from 2–5 business days before shipping.
