River Neck Acres is dedicated to creating a safe, fun, and respectful atmosphere. Riders must follow all South Carolina laws, including Chandler's Law, which governs ATV safety.

Key Safety Rules:

• Helmets are required for riders under 16 on ATVs and dirt bikes
• Drivers without a valid license cannot carry passengers
• No riding on public roads or dirt roads—SC law prohibits ATVs from county and state highways
• Leave your wristband on at all times—guests without wristbands are considered trespassers
• No weapons or hunting allowed
• Check-out time is noon—late departures incur a fee of $25 per hour
• Quiet hours: 11:30 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.

• Strictly prohibited: Riding on the pipeline right-of-way, damaging markers, fences, or signs
• Tampering with pipeline markers is a federal offense—violators will be required to leave immediately
• Follow posted speed limits and staff directives—failure to comply may result in removal from the premises
