Your Passport Data & Live Network Syncing

Your passport data—conquered parks, star ratings, machine logs, and personal notes—is tied directly to your active Mudding Murica subscription account and syncs live across our network.

• Cross-Device Access: Your passport data syncs securely to your account, allowing you to access your history across multiple devices. You can log into your account on your phone, your tablet, or a new device entirely, and your progress will follow you.

• The Cache & Backup Rule: While your primary directory progress is secured to your account, clearing your phone or browser's app cache can still disrupt your active local session. To keep things foolproof on the trail, you can quickly export and download your entire passport history as a secure JSON data file. If you ever need to clear your device data or manage your history manually, just use your JSON backup file to restore everything in seconds.

Personal Photo Uploads & Storage Rules

The Passport allows you to upload your own trail memories directly into your digital ride cards. To keep the app lightning-fast out in the woods, the media storage follows these exact rules:

• 11 Photos Max: Each individual Ride Card supports a maximum of 11 photos total, which includes your main cover image. Pick your best shots from the pit.

• Device Gallery Link: The app links directly to your device's local gallery to handle uploads efficiently. If you delete an uploaded photo from your phone's camera roll, it will disappear from the app. Keep your camera roll intact to keep your cards loaded.

Reviews & Community Submissions

When you submit a park review, star rating, or trail update through the app, you are sharing that data with Mudding Murica to help grow our verified directory.

• By submitting a review, you grant Mudding Murica the right to feature, curate, and display your feedback within our content and directory tools to help the community know exactly where the good riding is.

• Unsubmitted notes or drafts remain private to your local device session.

Sharing Your Progress

Want to brag to your crew? While we don't use clunky, data-heavy in-app sharing tools, you can easily use your device's built-in screenshot tool.

• Pro-Tip: Use the "Conquered Only" toggle filter in the app to get a clean, streamlined view of all the parks you've dominated—perfect for a quick scroll-capture screenshot to post or send to your friends.

Park Information Accuracy

Our park listings, descriptions, and details are strictly curated and verified. However, parks change. They close temporarily or permanently, alter their hours, swap their pricing, or change their terrain rules without warning. Mudding Murica is not responsible for sudden venue changes. Always confirm park details directly with the venue before you load up the trailer.

Subscription Access

Access to the Mudding Murica National Offroad Passport requires an active, paid Mudding Murica subscription.

• If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, your access token will expire and you will be locked out of the app features.

• Your data is safe: Cancelling your subscription does not delete the passport data on your device. If you resubscribe down the road and log back in using the same device and browser, your progress will be waiting for you.

App Availability & Changes

Mudding Murica reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust any feature of the Offroad Passport app at any time to keep things running tight. The app may occasionally be down briefly for routine maintenance or updates. Feature suggestions are always welcome—reach out through the website.

Intellectual Property

The Mudding Murica name, logo, National Offroad Passport concept, custom rank system (Mud Pup through Mud Royalty), and all associated branding assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Mudding Murica LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or scraping is strictly prohibited.
